Entitlement
Manage the rezoning and entitlement process for a proposed development. Consult with planning staff and commissioners, manage preparation of LDP drawings and submittals, manage the submission and review process, and coordinate with key municipal decision makers.
Land Development
Manage site development from start to finish as general contractor or fee developer . Manage the issuance of LDP drawings, infrastructure installation, and final turnover/final plat for developed lots. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide seamless integration during all stages of the development process.
Construction
Manage vertical construction for commercial and residential buildings from start to finish. Act as owner representative. Manage creation of the RFP and track scope development. Create and finalize the budget. Assist in GMP development and contractor selection. Create and update the project schedule along with tracking key milestones. Accurately project key financial information. Coordinate between owners, architects, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide seamless integration during all phases of the construction process.
