John has worked in the development and construction industry for 20 years and has extensive experience in both residential development and commercial construction. He’s been on teams that have completed many successful projects from planned residential developments to large scale commercial construction projects. He’s served in various roles in field supervision, project management, client/owner representation, development management, and land acquisition while working for Pulte Homes, New South Construction, Force Contracting, Century Communities, and most recently Line Creek Development. His experience in multiple roles allows him to add value to a wide range of development and construction projects.

Earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and M.S. in Real Estate Development from Georgia Tech and is a licensed contractor in Georgia.
